Red Bull Songs in partnership with tastemaker site Daily Chiefers share a music video for “Isolate,” a track from their mixtape Making Movies Vol. 1 available now on DSPs. The song features Greensboro, NC rapper JK the Reaper, a 2019 Red Bull “Artist To Watch” along with genre-bending Atlanta rapper Tommy Swisher and melodic crooner Marcus Dash. The hypnotizing head-nodding beat is courtesy of producer E-Flow. Phillyflyboy directed the music video which finds the three rising stars on a solo mission that boxes out their competition.
Making Movies Vol. 1 released in December is a unique project that gathered Red Bull’s most prolific songwriters and producers specializing in hip-hop for a massive 5-day recording session at famed Patchwork Studios in Atlanta to create a project in “real-time.” The mixtape also features “Rose Colored” New Jersey rapper pineappleCITI, producer Bixtel (BL$$D, Skinnytothe9, Lil Yatchy), hook maestro P.Wright (French Montana, Ne-Yo) and R&B singer Norman Perry.
