In a move set to shake up the world of hip-hop storytelling, MRECKTV has inked a multi-project distribution deal with global streaming platform VYRE TV. The partnership will premiere with Gene Deal: The Unfiltered Truth, a raw and revealing interview featuring Diddy’s former head of security and Bad Boy insider, Gene “Big Gene” Deal.

Gene Deal, who played a pivotal role behind the scenes during one of hip-hop’s most dangerous eras, opens up for the first time on camera with intimate details of The Notorious B.I.G.’s murder, his time protecting Sean “Diddy” Combs, and the unsolved mysteries that still linger around the East Coast-West Coast rivalry.

For years, Gene Deal has been the missing puzzle piece in hip-hop history,” said M. RECK, Founder and CEO of MRECKTV. “We spent months earning his trust, and what he reveals on-camera will rewrite the narrative around Biggie’s murder, Bad Boy security protocols, and Diddy’s behind-the-scenes power moves. Partnering with VYRE TV ensures this interview reaches a global audience without gatekeepers—exactly the way Gene intended.

This world-exclusive episode is also expected to feature Deal’s first public reaction to ongoing federal investigations and photos from his personal archive. “Viewers are going to hear why Gene believes that SUV was waiting on the corner, the precise warning he gave Puff that night, and the real reason East-Coast–West-Coast tensions escalated. This is just Part One—there’s much more coming,” M. RECK added.

MRECKTV is a powerhouse in raw, unfiltered urban storytelling, and Gene Deal’s testimony exemplifies the kind of bold voices VYRE was built to amplify,” said Lamar Seay, COO and Co-Founder of VYRE Network. “This partnership kicks off a slate of original interviews and docuseries that will live exclusively on our network.

With MRECKTV’s street-savvy media presence and VYRE’s reach across 186 countries, this partnership represents a powerful new pipeline for real hip-hop stories to reach a global stage.
